Today, gatherings in which Allah ﷻ is remembered have become scarce. These gatherings are of such value that the angels seek out these gatherings and, when they find them, become so excited that they call on other angels to witness. Each angel present wants to be the first to inform Allah ﷻ of the gathering. And anyone who attends such gatherings, Allah ﷻ forgives their previous sins. These are the gatherings in which we also find the lovers of Allah ﷻ, from whom we can gain tremendous benefit. We should view these gatherings as an invitation from Allah ﷻ, regardless of the means through which we hear about it. It is Allah ﷻ who is calling and desiring good for us. Who would reject an invitation from Allah ﷻ? We should be quick to take advantage of the opportunities to attend gatherings in which Allah ﷻ is remembered, so the invitations do not serve as evidences against us on the Day of Judgement.
