The Refined Heart Family Camp Retreat is an annual family retreat held on a remote campsite in northern Michigan. First launched in 2021, it is carefully designed to create an environment for families to strengthen their connection with Allah ﷻ and grow spiritually while in the company of others and nature. It consists of regularly scheduled lecture sessions (typically covering a text of spiritual development), group worship and dhikr, and a dedicated youth programs for children of all ages. Recreational and team-building camp activities are interspersed between these as an adjunct to provide a wholesome experience and to foster bonds of brotherhood/sisterhood.
