After drinking milk:
اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيهِ وَزِدْنَا مِنْهُ
“O Allah, bless us by it, and increase us in it.”
This du’a is read after drinking milk. Consumption of milk, for some, is a mundane act, yet this drink is referenced in the Qur’an as the drink of Paradise, and was favored by the Prophet ﷺ. Moreover, as referenced in Hadith, there is a connection between milk and forbearance, and milk and knowledge. Allah ﷻ also mentions in the Qur’an that milk contains many benefits.
